The pool is outdoors and free for our guests. Around it are loungers and parasols, and a garden with olive trees, a barbecue and a picnic area. A sauna is available at extra cost.

The pool is open in the warm months. If you come in May or October, ask us first whether the water will be warm enough to swim.

The area
Brda on one side of the border, Friuli on the other
Vipolže sits at the edge of Brda, where the hills drop into the Friulian plain. You can walk to Vila Vipolže and the Konvin wine bar, and drive to Cormons or Gorizia in Italy in a quarter of an hour.

Before you come
Five things worth knowing
You will need a car
You can walk to Konvin and Vila Vipolže. For shops, most restaurants and day trips you need the car.
The studios have no oven
The studios and the garden-view apartment have a hob, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster, but no oven or microwave. The two-bedroom apartment has an oven and a dishwasher.
You park at the house
Parking is free, but spaces can't be reserved. When the house is full, space is tight, so let us know in advance if you come in a large van.
Summer brings mosquitoes
Among the vineyards there are mosquitoes and ants in summer: this is the countryside.
Simple furnishings
The studios and apartments are bright and clean, simply furnished with pastel walls and light wood. Wi-Fi is free but not the fastest.
