Arrival, the pool, parking and house rules

Arrival and departure
When can we arrive?
Between 16.00 and 21.00. Let us know your arrival time in advance.
When do we have to leave?
Please check out between 7.00 and 10.00.
Where do we park?
At the house, free of charge. Spaces can't be reserved, and when the house is full, space is tight. If you come in a large van, let us know in advance.
Do we need a car?
Yes. You can walk to the Konvin wine bar (8 minutes) and Vila Vipolže, but you need a car for shops, most restaurants and day trips.
In your studio or apartment
Can we cook?
Yes. Every unit has a hob, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, cookware and a dining table. Only the two-bedroom apartment has an oven and a dishwasher, and the two-bedroom apartment with balcony has a microwave.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, in all of them, and heating too.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes, and so are slippers and toilet paper.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free in every unit, though it is not the fastest.
What about mosquitoes?
Among the vineyards there are mosquitoes and ants in summer. It's the countryside, so bring some insect repellent.
Pool, sauna and garden
Is the pool included?
Yes, the outdoor pool is free for our guests. There are loungers, parasols and pool toys beside it.
When is the pool open?
In the warm months. If you come in May or October, ask us first whether the water will be warm enough to swim.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes, at extra cost. Ask us about the price and a time when you arrive.
Can we have a barbecue?
Yes. The garden has a barbecue, an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area.
Families and groups
Which unit suits a family?
The two-bedroom apartment with balcony has a children's room with a bunk bed, and the two-bedroom apartment a bedroom with two single beds. For three there is the garden-view apartment.
Can we come as a bigger group?
Yes. The two two-bedroom apartments together sleep up to eight, more with the studios. Tell us how many you are. We don't host hen or stag parties.
Can under-18s come on their own?
No. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
Booking
How much does it cost?
From about €91 a night for a studio for two, €136 for the garden-view apartment for three and €169 for a two-bedroom apartment for four, taxes included. The exact price depends on your dates and the number of guests, so ask us.
How many nights do we have to stay?
For some dates the minimum stay is two nights. Ask us about yours.
Why write to us directly?
